What my clients say

During the past 26 years in real estate, I have built relationships. Each person I work with has special requirements. In listening to my clients, I am able to find the best solution for them. Due to my thorough, patient and detailed approach, my clients continue to come back for future sales and frequently refer me to their family and friends. The following are a few letters to help illustrate what I do for my clients, and to show you what has helped place me in the top 100 out of 4,100 Coldwell Banker agents in Southern California.

Please read about what my clients have to say.

“… you went above and beyond any other broker in showing us homes that fit into our criteria including several houses that were not yet listed.”

“…both being attorneys, we felt that we could best represent ourselves in any real estate transaction. We certainly couldn’t have been more wrong… From the beginning of this process until you handed us the keys to our new home, we have been nothing less than impressed with your representation of us.”

“…we just sat back and watched with amazement. ‘Can’t be done’ is not in Judy’s language.”

“…We have done 8 transactions in 10 years… She has a keen eye for value and a passion for doing her work well and never compromising her ethics.”

“…I used to consider real estate agents as a necessary evil in the lives of my clients and a thorn in my side. Then I had the pleasure of encountering you on a transaction where I represented the buyer and you the seller…”

“…Judy represented us both on the purchase of the home and on its recent sale. In both cases, the house sold within the first few days of its listing… When we were the buyers, Judy managed to keep us out of a multiple-offer situation, and when we were the sellers, she was able to engineer one.”

“…After the agreement was reached on price, you continued to work with the buyers, escrow, contractors, air conditioning people, roofers, painters, pool men, etc… so that the escrow closed smoothly, 3 days ahead of schedule.”

Beverly Hills

Beverly Hills offers ultimate luxury.  Within Beverly Hills there are exclusive neighborhoods known as the “Beverly Hills Flats,” “Trousdale Estates” and “Beverly Park.”  These enclaves offer some of the most prime real estate in the United States.  While Beverly Hills is part of Los Angeles County, it is a separate city known for its exclusive designer boutiques located on world renowned Rodeo Drive, Beverly Drive and Wilshire Boulevard.   The Beverly Hills, Regent Beverly Wilshire, Montage and Peninsula Hotels are only a few of the 5 star hotels in this trendy city where you can enjoy walking to world class amenities such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue or the famed Spago Restaurant.   Visit the historic Greystone Mansion or take a city tour of favorite celebrity homes.  Beverly Hills is also known for its outstanding public school system, including El Rodeo, Hawthorne, Beverly Vista and Horace Mann Elementary Schools and Beverly Hills High School.  The city is situated in close proximity to West Hollywood, Century City, Westwood and Culver City, making for a convenient commute to work or the surrounding areas.

Westwood

Westwood is a safe and centrally located neighborhood that is bordered by Century City to the east, Bel Air to the north and Brentwood to the west.  It spans east of Sepulveda, west of Beverly Glen, north of Pico and south of Sunset.   The homes in Westwood are very charming, most of them traditional in style.  Residents who live in this neighborhood treasure Westwood’s sense of community, residential streets with sidewalks and ability to walk into the village. To the east of the village is the “Little Holmby” area offering tranquility, wide and tree-lined streets with larger lots, stately residences and the highly commended University Elementary and Warner Avenue Elementary Schools.

At the epicenter of the neighborhood is Westwood Village, which provides an array of fabulous restaurants, nightlife, and most notably movie theatres, all within walking distance.  Hollywood movie premieres are held frequently in these vintage theatres and have contributed to the village’s history.  Some known theatres include the Mann Village and Bruin Theatres.  Furthermore, UCLA, positioned just north of the village, enables students to enjoy the convenience of the amenities the village provides.

South of the village on Wilshire, spanning east of Westwood Boulevard and west of Comstock is the “Wilshire Corridor,” a stretch of high rise, full service condominium buildings where residents enjoy breathtaking views of the city and a luxurious lifestyle.  Premier buildings include The Californian, The Carlyle, Blair House, The Remington, Le Tour and soon-to-come Beverly West.  Several celebrated office buildings located on Wilshire Boulevard such as the Murdock and the Oppenheimer buildings enhance the surroundings. Other landmarks include the Hammer Museum, Geffen Theatre, UCLA Freud Playhouse and UCLA’s famed Royce Hall. Visit the newer upscale W Hotel or walk to fine dining restaurants such as Palomino or Napa Valley Grille.

Just east of Westwood, south of Wilshire lies Century City, home to high rises, gated communities, Fox Studios, newly redone Westfield Mall and a plethora of established businesses.  Century City has become increasingly desirable given the emergence of new luxury condominium buildings like The Century and avant-garde architectural buildings like 2000 Avenue of the Stars, formally the Shubert theatre and now home to Creative Artists Agency, the Annenberg Space for Photography among other attractions.  This area offers other upscale condominium communities such as Century Hill, Century Woods, Le Parc, Park Place and the Century Towers at 2220 and 2222 Avenue of the Stars.  It is close to the exclusive Hillcrest Country Club and Rancho Park and Golf Course and just minutes from Beverly Hills.  The recent surge of development in this area has made Century City an increasingly desirable place to live.

Santa Monica

Santa Monica was originally developed as a seaside retreat at the turn of the last century.  The railroad owners built the first version of the amusement park on the Santa Monica pier as an attraction to fill empty train seats on weekends.  Santa Monica grew into an urban, eclectic and prosperous beach city whose real estate values are among the priciest in the world.  Santa Monica is a very desirable city whose residents are drawn to its accessibility and its progressiveness as a community.  Today, Santa Monica is a mixture of very affluent, single-family neighborhoods, renters drawn by the high quality of life, surfers, young professionals and students. There are many of the older generation who remain and are witness to all the growth and changes that have occurred over the years.

Santa Monica offers tourists a variety of high-end hotels such as Casa del Mar, The Fairmont, Loews and Shutters at the Beach.  There are fine food options at world renowned restaurants such as Michael’s, Melisse, Ocean Avenue Seafood, Drago’s, Rustic Canyon, Wilshire and Josie’s.  For more informal cuisine, try strolling along Montana Avenue visiting the trendy shops and dining at Café Montana or Father’s Office.  There is indeed something for every palate.

Other tourist attractions include Main Street, the Pier with its Ferris Wheel, Carousel and Aquarium, Third Street Promenade, Santa Monica Place, Ocean Avenue with its majestic  and swaying Palm Trees, biking trails,  the world’s most inviting sandy beaches, beautiful sunsets, and fresh, clean ocean air.

Santa Monica offers beautiful residential areas north of Montana Avenue including the prestigious Gillette Regent Square and most elite streets of Woodacres Road and La Mesa Drive. This city offers one of the most outstanding school systems, autonomous from Los Angeles Unified School District, where many people move expressly so children can receive a fine public school education while still remaining within the neighborhoods where they reside.
